The Public Record of CRE Debt
Commercial real estate loan activity is the most useful data in the debt market, and the hardest to see in one place. Closings are announced in press releases that disappear, LinkedIn posts that scroll away, and databases that cost five figures a year.
LoanList CRE consolidates that activity into a free, searchable public record: what closed, for how much, on what property, funded by which lender, arranged by which broker. Every record strengthens the picture of a lender's real appetite, a broker's real production, and a market's real depth.
Who it's for
Owners and sponsors use it to see which lenders are actually closing loans like theirs before starting a financing process. Lenders use it to showcase production and watch the competitive landscape. Brokers use it to build a public, verifiable track record.
Where the data comes from
Records are compiled from public announcements, press releases, industry reporting, and direct submissions from parties to the transaction. Submissions are reviewed before publication, and every deal page notes its source type. We correct errors quickly. If you were a party to a transaction and something is wrong, tell us.
Who runs it
LoanList CRE is operated by Andrew Sawyer, a commercial real estate capital markets advisor who arranges debt and structured capital for owners, sponsors, developers, and family offices nationwide. The platform grew out of the same work: knowing who's actually lending, not who says they're lending, is the whole game in CRE debt.
That's also the business model, disclosed plainly: the data is free, and owners who want help running a financing process can work with Andrew directly. Featured placements are available to lenders and brokers and are always labeled.
